hi im shabnam i am a single mother to four beautiful children and currently six pregnant with twins. my husband passed away three months ago and did not have health insurance so i am working three jobs to pay of the bills. i have nobody i lost all of my friends when i met my husband my mother and father passed away a few years ago i have no siblings and i have no other family. i am currently living in a 2 bedroom flat in a rough area of kentucky not were i would like my children growing up. but i have no choice i would appreciate any kind of a donation.

hi jess and mike you breath must really smell of tuna i would like to see some pictures of you and mike up here so we could see wot you look like. mike should really try anf find a job because he is really lazy and has most probably been unemployed fo r over 20 weeks or more like my cuzzin patrick. i am sure mike wouldnt be injured for this long after the accident. as me and my cuzzin think that you are lazy and are trying to live of other peoples money for free!! which is really lazy and you are a very bad role model for younger people. am sure surgery wouldnt cost that much as people today get treatment done on the nhs for free! you justt want $100,000 so you can spend it on yourselves you lazy unemployed poo heads. ha take some of that mike and jess u lazy scroungers!! from you know who!!
